Minimum catering requirements as follows: On a per person cost basis the package shall include fresh brewed regular and decaf coffee and teas, milk, cream, sugar & sugar substitute i.e., sweet n low) packets, and hot cups Variety of fresh bagels with cream cheese and butter packets on the side Variety of fresh donuts, buns and muffins with jelly and jam packets on the side Fresh cut seasonal fruit Standard Boxed Lunch Package: Approximate attendance from (10) to (50) or more persons occurring dozens of times during the contract period. Minimum catering requirements as follows: On a per person cost basis, it shall include packaged in an approximate 9” x 5” x 3” box to include one (1) sandwich, 5 oz. deli salad, home-style cookie. Sandwich selections shall be but not limited to chicken salad, tuna salad, turkey, ham & Swiss cheese, roast beef etc. etc. including lettuce, tomato, mayo mustard, etc. etc. made on a fresh variety of bread and roll selections.
