The City of Linden is requesting qualifications proposals for Psychological Evaluations Services. Proposer will be required to perform but not limited to, the following services: 1. Pre-Employment psychological evaluation of perspective City employee, including, but not limited to: Police Officers, Firefighters, and Candidates. 2. Fitness for duty evaluations of City Employees, including but not limited to: Police Officers, Firefighters, and Candidates. 3. Disputed Evaluations- The Contractor agrees to provide all documents and/or reports to the City of Linden to aid in offsetting any contested evaluations. The Contractor further agrees to provide expert testimony in any legal proceedings resulting from evaluations performed by the Contractor
