Develop Recruitment Strategies: o Create a detailed outreach plan targeting potential recruits for the City’s Public Safety Departments, Police and Fire. o Utilize various media channels including social media, mailings, billboards, web design, and public events. 2. Brand and Identity Development: o Assess and enhance the current brand and identity of Trenton's Police and Fire Departments. o Provide recommendations for improvement based on gathered research. 3. Media Production and Placement: o Produce and execute advertisements across radio, print, direct mail, digital, and internet platforms. o Perform all aspects of video, radio, and new media production including concept development, shooting, editing, and placement. 4. Community Outreach: o Develop a community engagement plan to actively disseminate information and promote public safety departments. o Engage with local community and business partners to enhance outreach efforts. 5. Event Planning and Execution: o Manage and execute public events to promote recruitment. o Coordinate all event logistics including invitee lists, materials, vendors, and programs.
