The Contractor shall provide one (1) Polaris Ranger Crew XP 1000 NorthStar Edition Premium: Premium Patrol Package with minimum seating for six (6) people OR functional equivalent. The vehicle must be fully cabbed with heat/AC, electronic power steering, and with the following described features, OR functional equivalents: A. Polaris Deluxe Emergency Light Kit; B. Polaris Premium Emergency Light Bar; C. Siren & Public Address System (100W); D. Custom Police Graphics Kit, includes: 1. One (1) Hood Badge (customer supplied or generic); 2. “Police” on front fenders; 3. Front Door badge if applicable, one (1) per door (customer supplied or generic); 4. Box side panels (Polaris logo with red or blue line); E. Black/White Law Enforcement Body Panels; F. Harvester Tires; and G. Side Mirrors.
