1. On-Site Representative Serve as the project lead and the Owner’s on-site representative. 2. Establish and Monitor Design Schedule With assistance from the architectural firm, prepare a detailed design schedule, indicating milestones for each phase. Advise the District on any delays to the design schedule and recommend corrective action to be taken. 3. Present Monthly Reports Present to the School Board and/or Administration a monthly report on schedule status, problems, decisions required, and a general overview of the project status. A copy of the report should be submitted to the architectural firm at the same time of submission to the Board of Education. 4. Conduct Design Phase Owner Meetings Meet on a regular basis with the owner, architectural firm and consultants to discuss and review all items pertinent to the design phase such as schedule, progress to date, decisions required, problems and any other items important to the design process (maximum three meetings).
