The Bidder shall migrate all current website content to the new website. The vendor shall submit a recommendation to the Website Working Group how content is organized for best usability. The vendor shall outline the plan for data extraction, data loading, data verification and testing that must be performed to complete the migration process. The new website must include a responsive web design that provides an optimal web experience on tablets and mobile phones. The new website must retain all current functionality with additional enhancements to functionality and design.
