Election related printing, labeling, binding and mailing services. Printing, labeling and mailing of tax assessment notices. All printing, mailing and binding services requested by Ocean County Departments. Provider must be able to turn-around proofs in a maximum of (3) working days or less and have the capability of transmitting all proofs in a PDF or other electronic format agreeable to the County of Ocean via electronic mail. Final turn-around time for completing requested work following approval must be within (3) working days or less except for poll books, which require a final turn-around time of (6) calendar days or less. Provider must be able to deliver the approved work upon completion. There will be expedited delivery necessary at times for deadline printing work. Contractor shall be able to supple and support a monthly statement reporting system of all invoicing activity required by various Ocean County Departments.
