Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The contract awarded under these specifications is not a lease. B. Concessionaire shall provide and maintain the equipment necessary to operate this concession; The Concessionaire must utilize no more than one (1) food truck and/or a one (1) pushcart for these services. The concessionaire is not allowed to store or sell any items from a County-owned facility within the park. The truck and/or pushcart cannot be stored at the park and must be removed from the park when the selling of items ends each day. The Director of Golf Operations will determine a location for the food truck. Garbage from the concessionaire must be placed in the golf course’s dumpster. C. Concessionaire shall be authorized to sell food, packaged ice cream, shaved ice, beverages and packaged goods from the food truck or pushcart such as: • Typical breakfast foods – sandwiches, bagels, coffee, etc. • Typical lunch foods – sandwiches, hot dogs, etc. • Variety of beverages (non-alcoholic only) D. The Concessionaire shall operate distribution facilities within, and limited to, the specific park/s listed in the Agreement. In any other Essex County Park System area is prohibited. E. Concessionaire shall provide, at the time of filing its bid, a list of all products to be sold and/or distributed, together with the retail prices for each item. The prices to be charged to the public for products sold shall be at the same prices prevailing outside of park areas and to the public generally. At no time shall premium prices be charged.
