The Vendor shall perform the following tasks and/ or provide the County with the following services: a. The VENDOR shall be available and on call to provide a vendor to electronically sound record all Commissioner Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and Special Events (e.g. in 2024, there were a total of 20 Conference/Board Meetings not including Committee Meetings and Special Presentations) using multi track recorders, or its equivalent, four channels with independent microphones and recording tapes provided by the VENDOR. b. The vendor shall arrive forty-five (45) minutes prior to the meeting to set up equipment and identify key personnel. All vendors shall be Notary Publics of the state of New Jersey. c. The VENDOR shall be required to travel to various locations throughout the County of Essex as set by the annual meeting schedule and accommodate any changes in venue or schedule as may be required by the Board, including the reorganization meeting held in January.
