Description: The City is requesting Quotes from qualified Respondents to provide insurance brokerage services for 1.) Medical, Prescription and Stop Loss Insurance coverage, 2.) Dental Insurance coverage and 3.) Life Insurance coverage for Management and Non-Management in accordance with the provisions of this RFQ. The City seeks Respondents which have significant prior experience working with large corporations, municipalities, and/or state agencies. The City requires brokerage services relating to all insurance plans listed above, advice and recommendations relating to the insurance coverages listed above, and the availability of continuous expert advice throughout the contract as requested by the Business Administrator, Corporation Counsel, or Mayor. Through the process described herein, Respondents interested in assisting the City with the provision of such services must prepare and submit a written Quote in accordance with the procedure and schedule in this document. The City will review Quotes only from those Respondents and/or firms that submit a written Quote which includes all information required to be included as described herein (in the sole judgment of the City). Quotes will be reviewed and evaluated by the City's Business Administrator and/or his designee(s). The Quotes will be reviewed to determine if the Respondent has met the minimum professional, administrative and financial areas described in this RFQ. Based upon the totality of the information contained in the Quote, including information about the reputation and experience of each Respondent, the Business Administrator will determine which Respondents are qualified (professionally, administratively and financially).
