The County is seeking to contract with a qualified agency to provide a full-time, non-clinical recovery case manager (hereinafter, ‘RCM’) in the treatment of alcohol use disorder. The recovery case manager shall provide services according to a recovery-based philosophy of care and support the individuals' continuing stability, recovery and wellness as they move through the recovery continuum and the general continuum of care by linking individuals to resources and appropriate culturally specific services in the community. Services may include transportation, benefit enrollment linkage, access to legal/financial services, housing, document recovery, etc. within the scope of recovery assistance such as coaching, telephone and in-person recovery support.
