Operations Within the first Contract year, the Contractor shall, at a minimum: A. Configure, implement, host, and support the server environment within the electronic Rapid Referral Platform for a New Jersey-specific jurisdiction; B. Configure, implement, host, and support the New Jersey-specific module of the electronic Rapid Referral Platform; C. Develop and implement a secure electronic data exchange between the platform, the New Jersey Health Information Network (NJHIN) Master Person Index (MPI), and receiving health facilities. This will be done through direct platform login permission-based access and/or encrypted File Transfer in compliance with all relevant state and federal privacy, technology policies, protocols, and procedures.; 12 D. Incorporate the New Jersey Health Information Network (NJHIN) Master Person Index (MPI) process during pre-release of the Platform; 1. This connection includes but is not limited to, obtaining and storing the common key as a patient identified in the service provider agency; updating the MPI with demographic data; providing ongoing real-time updates from the service provider agency application to the MPI; and consuming record updates and merges from the MPI by the service provider agency. E. Provide the functionality for the integration of medication and transportation vouchers, telehealth appointments, and mailbased harm reduction supplies into the Platform; and F. Provide the functionality for providers to directly update appointment availability in the Platform.
