The maintenance services include the following: 1) Remove old Artificial Foliage, including old fasteners, debris and foliage mats; 2) Repair bent frames and restore original form – including removal of all rust. 3) Install Artificial Boxwood Topiary to all animal topiary frames: • Artificial Boxwood must be PermaLeaf® or equivalent manufacturer rated for outdoor use with UV block and strong colorfast pigment. Colorfast warranty of five (5) years or more. • Fasteners and Artificial Boxwood must be able to withstand harsh outdoor conditions caused by wind, snow/ice, water and sun. Physical integrity of fasteners and foliage warranty of five (5) years or more. • Artificial Boxwood specs: o Density: 96-100% with minimum of 144 leaves per square foot o Profile: 1 ¾ “ o Color: Gradient green shades from dark to light green. ALL TOPIARY MUST BE Green only – no yellow or white accent. • Artificial Boxwood must cover the entire 3-dimensional topiary frame from ground up. • Finished Topiary must be accurately contoured to represent all recognizable anatomical features of each animal species – including, but not limited to, ears, tails, legs/feet, back/hip/shoulder curves, etc. • Dimensions and Measurements specified in the pricing section below.
