In summary, the successful firm will provide the Township with legal guidance relating to, but not necessarily limited to: 1. Legal research and/or advisory opinions as needed; 2. Review, analyze and advise the Township on any application before it; 3. Review, draft and approve as to form and sufficiency all legal documents, contracts, deeds, ordinances and resolutions made, executed or adopted by or on behalf of the Township; 4. Attend all meetings of the Township Council and any other board or committee as directed; 5. Notify the Township of changes in law or regulations, as well as Court decisions, that impact the Township and its officials; 6. Any other matters as directed by the appropriate Township official(s)
