1. The Contractor shall have the exclusive right to install and operate vending machines in such premises owned or maintained by Essex County College, and within such locations as determined by the Auxiliary Services representative or designee, to be available for vending purposes and not required for other purposes. 2. Unless specifically provided otherwise, it shall be understood that the said cold beverage vending machines are and will remain the property of the Contractor. The College however, shall take such action as may be reasonably required for the protection of said vending machines against such losses by pilferage or destruction. 3. The Contractor, at his own expense, shall perform all services required, including maintaining, cleaning, repairing, and keeping them at proper operating levels. The Contractor shall regularly clean the condensing coils of the refrigeration sections to remove dust and keep compressor run-times to a minimum.
