A. Provide general advice, assistance, appraisal reports or summaries as requested, in the negotiations of tax appeals, either pending or potential. B. Provide general advice, assistance, appraisal reports or summaries as requested in the negotiations of condemned property, or outright purchases of property by the municipality C. Attend all settlement conferences/meetings regarding litigation between taxpayers and/or their representatives and the municipality for assessment purposes. D. Testify before the appropriate judicial avenue, including but not limited to the County Board of Taxation and the State Tax Court when needed. E. Support in writing any tax appeal settlements. F. All appraisal reports must by in compliance with the New Jersey State Appraisal Board and must meet all standards set forth by the Appraisal Institute.
