Provide oneto-one nursing services and substitute nurse services by licensed professionals to identified “students with a disability” as defined in N.J.A.C. 6A:16-1.3. 1:1 Nurse - Nursing services are to be provided for individual students during the current school year on the dates and times set forth in each student’s IEP. Services that shall be provided are based on the one-toone nursing needs as per each student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP). Substitute Nurse – services will be provided on an as-needed basis for both long term and short term placements. Student IEP; Health Services Policy and Procedural Requirements The services to be provided to the student with a disability shall be in accordance with the Student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and those requirements as outlined in N.J.A.C. 6A:16-2.1 Health Services Policy and Procedural Requirements and District Board Policy.
