RFP 2024-02 - PHYSICAL THERAPY SERVICES

The South Orange & Maplewood School District Department of Special Services and Youth Services wishes to utilize the services of Physical Therapists (PT) to provide services required by N.J.A.C. 6A:14­1.1 et seq., including but not limited to direct therapy to each child as required in their Individual Educational Program (IEP) or Section 504 Plan.  Services will be delivered either individually or in a group as well as in class or as a pull-out service per the terms of the students’ IEPs/ISPs or Section 504 plans. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis.
