Description

The work of this contract shall include planting for seasonal hanging baskets, shade tree planting and maintenance services of Township Shade Trees and the related activities under jurisdiction of the Township of Verona for a period of the term of the contract of twelve (12) months. The contract may be extended for all or part of four (4) twelve month periods, by mutual consent of the contractor and the Township of Verona at the same terms and conditions as the original twelve-month term.
