Summary of Specifications:
This is a term contract bid for 24-hour gas card services. Chaves County uses gas cards to fuel all County Vehicles. The County desires to contract with a vendor that offers the lowest discount off pump price as well as several fueling locations in and around Roswell with 24 hour pump access. Award to multiple vendors is possible. The initial term of the contract will be from August 2005 to June 2006 with the options to renew for up to three additional one year terms.
