Summary of Specifications:
Proposals are being requested for annual audit of Chaves County, New Mexico's Financial Statements for Fiscal Year 04-05, ending June 30, 2005. The County has a fully integrated computerized accounting system which produces balanced financial statements to include, but not limited to, the general ledger, revenue/expenditure and changes in fund balances report, balance sheet, and budget reports. Must be listed on the NM State Auditor's Approved Audit Firms 2005 list to respond. (2.2.2 NMAC available online at www.saonm.org).
