Summary of Specifications:
Proposals are being requested for annual audit of Chaves County, New Mexico's Financial Statements for Fiscal Year 05-06, ending June 30, 2006. Chaves County has a fully integrated computerized accounting system which produces balanced financial statements to include, but not limited to, the general ledger, revenue/expenditure and changes in fund balances report, balance sheet, and budget reports. Chaves County personnel will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays, to assist the Auditor in research and duplication of pertinent information.
