RFP-03-10 - Central Bid Notification System

Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County is hereby seeking qualification based sealed proposals for the provision of a Central Bid Notification Service for Chaves County and any interested agencies within New Mexico, creating a larger “regional” purchasing system that will benefit both the agencies and the vendors that participate. The Service should not only enhance the County’s current technology with regard to issuing bids, quotes, addenda and awards, it should also afford other agencies in New Mexico the same opportunity to share in successful e-procurement solutions. Vendors shall have the capability to visit a single web site to access bid opportunities from all participating agencies. The system shall provide instant access to Bids, RFPs, Quotes, Inquiries, Addenda and Awards online and shall provide both fax and e-mail services to notify vendors of new bid opportunities (and addenda), coupled with an Internet service that will allow them to view or print bid notices, supporting documents and addenda online.
