Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County hereby seeks formal sealed bids to replace the existing analog security video storage and retrieval system currently in use at the Chaves County Detention Center with a digital video storage and retrieval system of current state of the art electronics. All analog security Video Cassette Recorders (VCRs) located throughout the jail shall be replaced with networkable Digital Video Recorders (DVRs). There will be a pre-bid conference February 8, 2006 at 10:00 AM. It is recommended that any interested bidder attend.
