RFP-03-6 - DWI Probation Officer and Magistrate Court Clerk

Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County received approval by the New Mexico DWI Grant Council on May 1, 2003 for 2002-03 Local DWI Distribution Funds for an approximate amount of $184,000 and Local DWI Grant funds for an approximate amount of $72,000. The grant application requires Chaves County to provide Coordination, Planning and Evaluation and to implement and conduct program efforts in the following areas: (1) Prevention; (2) Screening; (3) Intensive Supervision; and (4) Treatment. The intensive supervision area has requirements for program efforts for the following components: (a) Compliance Monitoring; (b) Probation Officer; and (c) DWI Tracker (Magistrate Court Clerk). The County desires to utilize the expertise of the Contractor to meet the stated requirements for DWI Offender Management.
