RFP-05-2 - DWI Program Services for Chaves County

Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County desires to contract for various DWI Program Services for Chaves County. There are six (6) separate components for which proposals may be submitted: Domestic Abuse Education; DWI Screener; DWI Tracker and Database Management; Mid and High level Counseling; DWI Prevention Specialist. Offerors may submit a proposal for one, any combination of, or all components. Proposals will be evaluated and awarded based on each individual component. A contract agreement will be negotiated with the successful offeror(s) based on the individual scopes of work outlined. The County anticipates entering into a one year contract for each component, with the option to renew for up to three additional one year terms, for a total contract period not to exceed four years. All components specified are grant funded, and are therefore subject to contract termination if at any time funding is discontinued or otherwise not available.
