Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this project is to generate a preliminary engineering report to determine a schedule for the replacement of the existing water lines for the Cumberland Water Users Association and to plan for future expansion.

There is a CDBG grant in the amount of $25,000 for this project. Of that, $1,000 is intended for the use of advertising for public hearings. The successful respondent will be expected to help facilitate the necessary public hearings for this project.
