RFP-07-4 - East Roswell Relief Route Corridor Study

Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County is seeking competitive sealed qualification based proposals from engineering firms/qualified offerors, to provide a "Phase I" corridor study including needs analysis, alternative alignment analysis, environmental documentation and preliminary design, and a potential for Phase II Final Design and Phase III Engineering Services Provided During Construction. The project study area is east of Roswell, New Mexico and extends from the junction of US 285 and NM 2 to include the junction of US 285 and the West Roswell Relief Route southeast of Roswell to the junction of US 70 and US 285 north of Roswell and surrounding area.
