Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County is currently seeking formal, price based sealed bids for various Inmate Supplies. Bids will be awarded based on the lowest responsive price per item and may be awarded to multiple vendors individually or to one vendor as a whole, whichever is determined to be in the best interest of the County. Award will constitute a price agreement against which orders may be placed for an initial period of one year, which the option to renew annaully up to three additional one year terms.
