RFP-03-2(0) - Intensive Monitoring and Surveillance Program for Juveniles

Summary of Specifications:
**This RFP replaces the original RFP-03-2 which was inadvertently cancelled in error. No changes have been made to the original solicitation.** Proposals are being requested by Chaves County from individuals or firms to develop and provide a program of intensive monitoring and surveillance of certain alleged or adjudicated juvenile offenders referred by the JPPO (Juvenile Probation and Parole Office) or the Children’s Court to enable compliance with conditions of probation or release from detention. This program is funded through an agreement with the Children Youth and Families Department to provide a Juvenile Justice Continuum of Services to the youth of Chaves County.
