Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County is seeking bids for janitorial services. The successful bidder with be awarded a contract for an initial term of approximately three (3) months, beginning on or about March 15, 2007 and continuing through June 30, 2007. Three additional one-year term renewals will be available upon mutual consent of both parties. The specified services will be performed at the Chaves County Administrative Center – Joe Skeen Building, located at #1 St. Mary’s Place, Roswell, NM 88203. The facility is approximately 70,000 square feet and is a one-story facility.
