ITB-10-7 - Leasing of Wheel Loader(s) and Motor Grader(s)

Summary of Specifications:
The County desires to enter into a sixty (60) month lease for various heavy equipment items. We are hereby seeking bids for the lease with option to purchase of one or more new, current year model, standard production motor graders and wheel loaders. Bidders may bid on one or both of the items specified herein. Bids will be awarded based on the lowest responsive pricing for each item individually. Award may be made to one or multiple vendors. The County anticipates leasing two (2) graders and one (1) loader upon award, but does not guarantee these amounts and may lease more or less than these quantities. This procurement will also be available to other agencies to enter into leases directly with the successful bidder under the same terms, conditions and pricing, during the term of the contract, at the discretion of the vendor.
