Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County currently owns the Terrace Hills Miniature Golf Course, an 18 hole course located at 1612 S.E. Main Street in Roswell, New Mexico. The County is seeking bids for the lease and management of the course. The term of the lease shall be for an initial nine (9) month period, with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year terms. Lessee shall be responsible for all management and maintenance of facilities and grounds during the duration of the contract.
