Summary of Specifications:
This project consists of heater scarification and re-leveling of the existing asphaltic pavement followed by a 2-inch SP-III SuperPave overlay on 5.04 miles of Brasher Road, Red Bridge Road, Nineteenth Street and Fowler Road in Chaves County, New Mexico. Contractor shall also provide all required traffic control, temporary pavement markings, permanent pavement markings and other associated work to complete the project. This is a Federal Stimulus funded project.
