RFP-07-2 - Prisoner Meal Services for Chaves County Adult and Juvenile Det

Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County is requesting proposals for the provision of furnishing food services, seven days per week, and program support services for approximate average daily populations of 230 adult inmates, and approximately 14 juvenile inmates (housed in a juvenile detention facility in a separate location). The Juvenile facility operates under the National School Lunch Program, National School Breakfast Program, and snack provisions. The successful offeror will provide food services for a period of one (1) year with the option to extend for three (3) additional one (1) year periods on an annual basis as mutually agreed by the Chaves County Board of Commissioners and the Contractor.
