RFP-03-1 - Professional Auctioneer Services

Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County is acting as the “lead agency”, on behalf of multiple public agencies, to request qualification-based sealed proposals for professional auctioneer services. The following agencies have preliminarily expressed an interest in the possibility of utilizing this RFP to contract for services: Chaves County, The City of Roswell, Lincoln County, Eastern NM University – Roswell and The City of Artesia. These agencies would like to evaluate proposals for the conduction of multiple public auctions to dispose of surplus and obsolete property. Agencies may contract jointly or individually for performance of auction(s). A contract agreement may be entered into, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this RFP, by any agency with the successful offeror. The contract shall be for an initial term, with the availability of three (3) additional one (1) year renewals.
