Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County is requesting proposals to provide professional quality control and engineering services for the Chaves County Courthouse Renovation Project. Requested services contained in the Scope of Service include (but are not limited to): Chaves County Courthouse renovation, demolition of a portion of the existing building and construction of new building facilities. The original contract period will be from June, 2002 through April 2003, with the option to renew the contract for up to (3) three additional one year or partial year terms.
