Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this specification is to describe a new and unused automatic tarping machine (ATM). This item is use to deploy tarps on landfill cells. The City of Clovis reserves the right to purchase other vehicles at a later date on this bid. However, no later than June 30, 2010. The bidder should indicate how long the vendor will be able/willing to provide additional ATMs at the bid price.
