Description

The City of Clovis is seeking proposals to provide congregate and home delivered meal services for the needs of the Senior Citizens of Clovis, either on the site at the Hillcrest Senior Center located at 1704 E. 7th Street, Clovis, New Mexico, or offsite at Proposer’s commercial kitchen. Proposals shall be equal to or exceed the following specifications.

If service is provided at the Hillcrest Senior Life Center the City of Clovis will

cover the utility costs of the kitchen and dining area, and provide fully equipped
commercial kitchen, including walk in refrigerators and freezers which City of
Clovis will be responsible for the maintenance of. Vendor will provide staff to
serve in a serving line setting.

If service is provided offsite, meals will be delivered by Vendor to Hillcrest Senior

Life Center located at 1704 E. 7 th Street, Clovis, New Mexico, and served by
Proposer in a serving line setting. Any remaining food will be properly packaged
by Vendor and returned to Vendor’s site for use in future senior meals. Any
crockery, cutlery and glassware shall be cleaned on site.
Please note that the City of Clovis will provide vehicles and personnel for delivery of
meals to the homebound.
Proposals shall be equal to or exceed the following specifications.
