ITB-06-1109-6 - LEASE OF FOUR (4) VEHICLES

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Clovis will enter into a lease agreement with the successful vendor for a period of three (3) years. This lease will be paid on a monthly basis throughout the three-year period. Lease will have unlimited miles per vehicle for three years. Lease is to include all routine and any other required maintenance for the life of the lease, there will be no additional costs to the City of Clovis, other than the costs for fuel and minor upkeep. All filters and oil change costs will be borne by the City for routine motor oil changes. These vehicles will have a bumper-to-bumper warranty for the life of the lease. There will be no balloon payments, security deposits, or down payments. Vehicles are to be bid as a package. However, the City of Clovis reserves the right to split the bid if advantages to the City of Clovis.
