Summary of Specifications:
The City of Clovis, New Mexico is currently seeking proposals from qualified banks (banks, trust companies or national banking associations located and authorized to do business in the State of New Mexico, to provide banking, merchant card processing and/or automated teller machine service. The City of Clovis, located in Eastern New Mexico, has 40,000 plus residents. The City has approximately 425 full-time employees. Annual appropriations for all operating funds are approximately $58 million per year. The City makes extensive use of banking services to concentrate, manage and disburse funds. The City intends to select one or more financial institutions to provide these banking services. Firms may propose to provide one or more of the service groups below. A description of the required services is included in Section III. i. Merchant Card Processing - Category I ii. Automated Teller Machines (ATM) - Category II b. The City prefers to receive bids as a whole service provider and encourages all interested bidders to respond to all parts of the RFP. However, the City will award categories separately if it is advantageous to the City.
