Summary of Specifications:
The City of Clovis is requesting bids for a vendor to furnish and erect two buildings: Building 1. Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) 30 foot wide X 75 foot long X 14 foot high side eave, 11 foot 6 inch low side eave with a 1 in 12 slope roof. Building will be sheeted on both ends, walls and the low side. (Pole Barn style) Building 2. Fire Department (FD) 60 foot wide X 100 foot long X 17 foot high side eave. Five roll up doors on each side with small storage area at one end of the building. 3 in 12 slope. Appropriate insulation. (Garage Style)
