Summary of Specifications:
The City of Clovis is requesting bids for a metal building kit 60 foot wide X 100 foot long front and back side eves 17 foot high side (pitch style roof). Five railed roll up doors on each side. Doors are 14 foot x 14 foot with an 18” offset with an 18” offset beginning on one end to provide a small storage area at the other end of the structure. Roof will have 3.000 in 12 pitch for the roof slopes. No gutter and downspouts. Two complete 3 X 7 solid doors. Insulation will be a minimum of 3-inch vinyl back with hex wire.
