Summary of Specifications:
The City of Clovis, New Mexico will receive sealed bids for construction of the Clovis Municipal Airport Improvements 2005, until 2:00 p.m. (local time) June 23, 2005, at the Clovis City Hall, at which time bids will be publicly opened, read aloud and tabulated. Bids should be addressed to: Purchasing Agent 321 Connelly Street P.O. Box 760 Clovis, New Mexico 88101 505.769.7825 The bids received will be considered by the City Commission at its next regular meeting or at a special meeting as may be required. No bid will be received or considered if received by the Purchasing Agent after the hour of after the hour of 2:00 p.m. (local time) June 23, 2005. Copies of plans and specifications together with contract documents are available for public inspection at the office of the David Boswell, Purchasing Agent, 321 Connelly Street, Clovis, New Mexico 88101, and at the offices of ASCG Incorporated of New Mexico, 6501 Americas Parkway NE, Suite 400, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110, upon a deposit of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) which will be refunded to each contractor submitting a bid upon return of the plans and bidding documents which are in good condition within ten (10) days after bid opening.
