ITB-07-0220-18 - WEED CUTTING CONTRACT

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Clovis will accept sealed bids from qualified weed cutting contractors for the City's 2007Summer Weed Cutting Contract until Monday, March 12, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. local time in the Office of Purchasing Agent at 321 Connelly, P.O. Box 760, Clovis, New Mexico, 88102-0760. 

There will be a mandatory Pre-bid meeting in the City Hall Assembly Room (321 Connelly Street, Clovis, NM). This meeting shall be Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Only those contractors attending this meeting (or having qualified representation) shall be considered for award of the bid. 



Items required for Pre-bid meeting are: Equipment Inventory Proof of Insurance or ability to obtain Business License State of New Mexico spraying license (if available) Proof of adequate manpower to complete and keep up with weed cutting the specified acreage within this contact. 

Failure to attend the pre-bid meeting shall be reason enough for rejection of a bid.
