Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of the Engineer, Cheney-Walters-Echols, Inc., 909 W. Apache, Farmington, New Mexico, 87401, upon payment of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each set, with the Bid deposit refundable upon return of the Contract Documents. A pre-bid conference will be held at the City of Clovis Wastewater Treatment Plant at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, September 1, 2005 .
