Summary of Specifications:
The Electrical System Trainer must include a complete instructional curriculum Components need to be installed on a classroom-presentable mobile cabinet All parts and components used in construction of the Electrical System Trainer must be new The Electrical System Trainer must include all relevant cockpit electrical system components including gauges and circuit breakers The Electrical System Trainer must have a three phase 115V-400 cycle alternating current system with dual inverters The Electrical System Trainer must be a Dual 28 VDC turbine aircraft starter-generator system and include an APU plug and battery Components must be capable of parallel testing The Electrical System Trainer must include fully functional navigational lights, landing lights, and beacon features The Electrical System Trainer must include warning system components The Electrical System Trainer must be capable of simulating short circuits, open circuits, and other various electrical malfunctions The Electrical System Trainer must provide access by instructor only to easity change the configuration of above malfunctions The input power of the Electrical System Trainer must be 208 VAC, single phase The Electrical System Trainer must have a twenty-five (25) foot power cord The Electrical System Trainer must be fully operational upon delivery Delivery must take palace within ninety (90) days from date of bid award The Electrical System Trainer must include a minimum of one (1) year warranty from time of delivery The Electrical System Trainer must be delivered with complete operation manual, electrical schematic, and appropriate instructional material
