Summary of Specifications:
Intent: The successful offeror will collect information of all facilities equipment and systems that need to be operated, maintained and repaired include all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and utility systems at the site, including, but not limited to: • Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning Equipment & Systems • Air Handling/Distribution Equipment and Systems • Domestic Water Equipment and Systems • Electrical Equipment and Systems (All Voltages) • Elevating and Conveying Equipment and Systems • Fire Protection Systems Controls and Monitoring Equipment • Food Services Commercial Equipment including Refrigeration Units • Playground Structures and Equipment • Sanitary Sewage Equipment and Systems • Security Systems Controls and Monitoring Equipment • Underground Site Utility Systems • Water Treatment Equipment and Systems • Roof Coverings Collected data is to be annotated on provided excel spreadsheet forms. The District will provide a district-unique Item Number format system for the successful offeror to identify equipment, location and sequence number (automated bar-coding system preferred). The successful offeror is to provide corresponding digital photographs for equipment inventoried.
