Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this project is to remodel the interior of the administration area, replace existing lay-in ceiling and lighting, add data outlets to classrooms, remove surface mounted data cable and replace with plenum rated data cable, all exterior hollow metal doors and frames will be replaced. There are interior metal stud partitions with gypsum board, painted. Door frames will be hollow metal with wood & hollow metal doors, hollow metal windows. Acoustical suspended ceiling system, suspended painted gypsum board ceiling, VCT flooring, plastic laminate casework, painting, ductwork, fire alarm system, electrical power, lighting & special systems. Some cutting and setting of masonry. Plumbing work includes cutting floor slab to relocate sewer line, adding 4 plumbing fixtures. Minor concrete floor slab cutting and replacement.
