Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive sealed bids for the procurement of Automated Fuel Dispensing Service for the Village of Ruidoso (Village). The successful Offeror mustsupply equipment (pumps) capable of the following: SECURITY 1. System must utilize magnetic cards which in combination with a personal identification number (PIN) shall be capable of identifying the specific individual user by name, the specific vehicle and appropriate account to be charged. 2. System must provide lockout capability for lost or stolen cards, or unauthorized use. 3. System must provide lockout capability for specific fuel types. 4. System must provide for maximum required fuel purchases for any 24 hour period and any monthly period.
